    Stellantis, Samsung SDI Announce Kokomo as Site for Second US StarPlus Energy Gigafactory

    Stellantis N.V. and Samsung SDI today announced that Kokomo, Indiana, will be the site for a second battery manufacturing facility in the U.S. as part of the StarPlus Energy joint venture. The joint venture company will invest more than $3.2 billion and create 1,400 new jobs in Kokomo and the surrounding areas.
