1. Sign up as a Enthusiast HERE, or on the Chariotz app (iOS or Android).
2. Add photos of your car, its story, and a description of all the work that has been done. You can also use our info tags to pinpoint modifications on the photos.
3. Send an email to beacons@chariotz.com with your username.
4. We will send you a Paypal link where you can pay for the beacon – $19.95 + $4.95 shipping.
5. Once we have received the payment, we will mail you a tiny, battery-powered Bluetooth LE (Low Energy) beacon that is preprogrammed with your car’s unique ID.
6. When you want others to discover and learn about your car, press the top of the beacon to turn it on, and leave it inside your car. The beacon will then broadcast its unique ID every few milliseconds.
7. When car lovers who have the Chariotz app installed on their phones come near your car, they will receive a home or lock screen notification that your car is nearby. When they click on the notification, it will open the Chariotz app and display your car and its story.
